Since I have had a lack of weight loss this week I was thinking this post would be about helping you pick the food for Nutrisystem. Please keep in mind taste varies from person to person and this is my personal opinion. I think you should really try them all your self this is a list of my personal favorites. While it was really hard to pick I did try to narrow it down to just a few.
Please NOTE Nutrisystem menu items do change over time, new things are added and some things may have been removed.
- Buttermilk waffles
- Honey wheat bagel
- Thick Sliced French Toast
- Turkey Sausage Egg Muffin
- Turkey Ham Cheese Omelet (no longer on men)
- Double Chocolate Muffin
- Homestyle Pancakes

Total loss: 36 lbs
