I was taught to brush after each meal and floss before bed especially. I’m ocd about brushing my teeth and brush after I eat anything.
I have an aunt that is 83 and just retired from a 50 year Banking career. She was telling the dentist how much she hated to floss. The dentist told her to just floss around the teeth she wants to keep!! Ha but it’s so true.
