Like any business, I have to charge Shipping and Handling Charges.

UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Very heavy boxes will go UPS. USPS insurance on packages is $1.30 extra for the first $100.00.
Due to terrorist activities packages shipped to APO and AFB addresses require extra handling. Please make every effort to have packages shipped off base.
Sorry but we must charge extra for orders shipped off the continental US, because these items must be shipped Priority to arrive in a timely manner. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, PR and Virgin Islands. Contact us for these orders. Sorry, we do not ship internationally.
Shipping times will vary. If your order contains all in stock items your order will ship in 72 hours of payment. We make every effort to assure our items remain in stock.
Generally your product will be received in 2-3 weeks from time payment is received depending on the shipping method used. Time frame to produce to product also depends on the size of the order.
No orders are processed until payment has been received. Unless an insured product is received damaged, there are no refunds. Shipping charges are subject to change. During the warmer months - May through September - you may want to consider ordering "wrappers only" for the chocolate selections. If you do want us to wrap the candy, then we suggest you consider either overnight or 2nd day delivery options.
Return Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges due to the personalized nature of the product. Please be sure to make any changes to the e-mailed proof. Once approved you are responsible for payment.
