We are a family of jerky lovers-jerky doesn't stand a chance of staying in a bag around here. But the bags once sealed are shelf stable for 6 months to a year. Good luck keeping it around that long. Fatman's Beef Jerky truly has a flavor for everyone! My husband and I had a great time playing guess the flavor doing a taste test. It was pretty easy seeing as all the jerky is all true to the flavor. It's just yummy the meat is a lean cut so you really get that awesome beef flavor. I LOVE the fact that it is 100% all AMERICAN beef-it's so few and far between that you find things that are American made these days. Fatman's Beef Jerky would make a great holiday, birthday or a gift in general for any foodie out there. This jerky is packed with flavor by people that love what they are doing-this is NOT your run of the mill mass produced jerky. I highly recommend this product because it is great jerky and because it's a product made in the USA!

Due to the fact that we are a USDA Inspected facility, many standards must be met to ensure that our product is safe and wholesome. Our state-of-the-art smokehouses record the internal temperature of the meat, making sure that critical control temperatures are reached prior to the drying cycle. Once the jerky is dried, water activity tests are performed to ensure that our product will be shelf-stable for 6 months to one year. This is necessary, as we do not add any MSG or nitrites to our product.

All products are guaranteed and include the production date above the barcode on each package. Any out-of-date jerky is easily replaced upon request.
