Well week one of Nutrisystem Fast 5 is now behind me-I am alive! Was it easy? NO, but I have my eye on the prize! So what was Fast 5? It is 3 meals a day(Nutrisystem meals), unlimited non-starchy veggies (at least 4 servings), 1 energizing shake, 1 appetite-curbing shake, lots of water (at least 64 oz is the goal, thank goodness for Crystal light). You must add those veggies and water(no included) and there is no exercise this week either). Mind you some of the meals were easier for me than others...might I say I enjoyed them? Like the pizza and the double chocolate muffin ...YES PLEASE. That is to be expected because we each have out own likes and dislikes when it comes to food. The shakes really helped me with my craving for milk because I am a big time milk drinker.

What did I personally struggle with this week? Cooking, the struggle is REAL! I am a mother of 3 and also married, so I still have to cook for my family. That was so hard for me-cooking for them and I could not eat any of the food. I could not even lick the darn spoon! This is going to me a daily, who am I kidding, it's an hourly struggle for me. I have never had to be hungry to want to eat food, I just enjoy eating. I am not ashamed to say I am white knuckling it this past week, I might of not been the easiest person to be around this past week but I made it. If I can do it anybody can do it!

So today I start week 2 and the foods are new. I also start adding back in own foods and a Nutrisystem dessert.

start weight: 338(yes I am a big girl)
