We are thrilled to be working with one of our favorite yummy companies again. A few months ago we were introduced to Softer Than Brittle and totally fell in love! It is a flaky melt in your mouth nut buttery goodness treat that we think everyone should try. It's great right out of the bag or can be used in different foods. Like a topping for ice cream, brownies, mixed in a sweet potato souffle or a topping for cheesecake..however, ours never make it that far. As a southern, we pretty much cut out teeth on brittle as kids, or maybe that is just our house.
